WORK OFF online record

  • Attention!

  • According to the decision of the department meeting (August 31, 2017), missed lectures and practical classes work off will be conducted as follows:

  • 1. Lectures:

  • If missed with a legitimate reason

  • - Student ID;

  • - Deans office admission (permission) - valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue;

  • - Lecture notes;

  • - Interview with a teacher.

  • If missed without a legitimate reason:

  • - Student ID;

  • - Deans office admission (permission) - valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue;

  • - Lecture notes;

  • - Manuscript abstract on the topic of lecture (7 pages (A4) of handwritting).

  • - Interview with a teacher.

  • 2. Practical classes:

  • - Student ID;

  • - Deans office admission (permission) - valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue;

  • - Compleated workbook (topic of missed class);

  • - Interview with a teacher/computer testing.

  • - Writing prescriptions.

  • N.B.

  • All missed classes must be worked off within 2 weeks after receiving nb.

  • At least 1 day before the work off students should make an online record. Without such records students are not eligible.
